SENATE BILL NO. 12 An Act classifying anadromous streams and                   
tributaries; relating to the designation of riparian areas; establishing       
buffers on certain streams and relating to slope stability standards on        
certain streams; and requiring retention of low value timber along             
certain water bodies where prudent was enrolled, signed by the                 
President and Secretary, Speaker and Chief Clerk and the engrossed             
and enrolled copies transmitted to the Office of the Governor at               
1:55p.m., March 4, 1999.
